To launch Sephora across the entirety of the UK, we had to showcase a bit of British edge. After all, there’s no single definition of a Brit—we’re dynamic, diverse, and unapologetically fluid. Creative, quirky, and fantastically unique, Brits approach beauty as a playground, exploring and expressing different sides of our personalities every day.

This nationwide launch of the iconic global beauty brand, Sephora, celebrated the vibrant evolution of British beauty, inviting each and every Brit to Express All of You.

Across the nation, our message was heard loud and clear, with bespoke 3D billboards lighting up London’s skyline from the heart of Piccadilly Circus. Signature black-and-white stripes transformed street corners, as over 850 dynamic DOOH placements and 375 branded cabs took over London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, and beyond.

VOD films captured how Sephora empowers personal expression, while shoppable ads and interactive, user-generated content energised YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. As the Elizabeth Line opened, our invitation greeted commuters at every station: Express All of You.
